KI (USA) Company Overview

Since 1989, KI (USA) has been a leading manufacturer of automotive engine, body, and suspension components in Berea, Kentucky. The company specializes in precision metal stamping, welded assemblies, and electro-deposition (e-coat) finishing processes. Products manufactured by KI (USA) include engine mounts, brake boosters, engine oil pans, and a wide range of other critical automotive components. Operating from a 250,000-square-foot facility situated on 54 acres, KI (USA) employs more than 125 team members.

 

The Berea facility offers a fully integrated manufacturing platform, combining advanced metal stamping, robotic welding, and e-coat painting capabilities under one roof. This vertically integrated approach enables KI (USA) to deliver cost-competitive, high-quality solutions for demanding automotive applications. In addition to its Kentucky operations, KI (USA) maintains a subsidiary in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, providing localized support and product supply to customers throughout Mexico. KI (USA) serves the internal combustion, hybrid, and electric vehicle markets with extensive automation, including programmable robotic welding systems and automated material handling equipment, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and scalability for its customers.
