KI (USA) offers different coating processes depending on the treated part and customer requirements. They are cationic coating and electrostatic coating.

The metal parts are cleaned, phosphated, and sealed prior to coating. Significant advantages over traditional painting technology include superior corrosion resistance, uniform thickness, and the ability to paint complex-shaped parts.

The cationic coating equipment is highly automated reducing the potential for human error. It also eliminates undesirable by-products present in many other electro-coating processes.

Products up to 600 mm x 1500 mm can be accommodated.

Highly effective wastewater treatment is used to process the effluent from surface coating equipment. It assures that outgoing wastewater will meet the strictest local, regional, and national environmental standards.
